We are seeking a Change Management Office (CMO) Manager. You’ll design and embed a firm-wide change framework, support transformation projects and drive adoption across teams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are effectively implemented, aligned to business priorities and deliver lasting impact across the firm. This role can be based at our Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring change is practical, measurable and successfully embedded across the organisation.
- Deliver change frameworks and workstreams
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training and communications
- Build a change-ready culture (e.g. Change Champions)
- Track adoption, KPIs and benefits realisation
The Candidate
- Experience in change management (professional services preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Kotter)
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
