The Opportunity & School Profile
This successful secondary school requires a proactive Premises Manager to oversee the security, maintenance, and operational efficiency of its facilities. Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Team Commander: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules, and coordinating cleaning services.
- Compliance Chief: Responsibility for security systems, conducting regular site inspections, and completing all statutory H&S checks.
- Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing high quality of minor repairs, and supervising external contractors.
