Electrician

You’ll be supporting a busy social housing contract, completing testing, inspections, repairs, and remedial works across both tenanted and void homes. The role suits someone who is confident working in occupied properties and delivering a good service to tenants.

As an Electrician, you will be:

Working across social housing properties in Birmingham and nearby areas
Carrying out electrical testing and inspections
Completing reactive repairs in tenanted homes
Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works
Ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained

This role is based across Birmingham, with travel into social housing properties around Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, and nearby parts of the West Midlands. A full UK driving licence is needed due to travel across the local patch.
