Our client, a growing and people-focused organisation, is looking for a driven Complaints Coordinator to join their team. You'll take ownership of resolving customer complaints while building strong relationships with a network of linguists, helping to maintain high standards and service excellence.

What you'll be doing:
- Investigating complaints by engaging with relevant parties.
- Handling follow-ups for all complaints received via email and telephone.
- Ensuring all responses are adhere to company SLAs.
- Communicating with newly onboarded subcontractors
- Documenting all actions and updates accurately against subcontractors' profiles.

- Previous experience in complaints handling.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Competence in maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload management.
