Technical Services Manager (Fabric)
Are you ready to lead maintenance projects in a dynamic environment? A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is hiring a Technical Services Manager (Fabric) in West Midlands. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of building fabric and ensuring compliance. The Role As the Technical Services Manager (Fabric), you’ll:
- Oversee maintenance teams dedicated to fabric and decorating.
- Manage the organisation of planned maintenance and allocate works effectively.
- Handle small building fabric projects with budgets up to £50k.
- Liaise with senior management on budgets and timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards when managing contractors.
- Relevant experience in building fabric management or maintenance.
- Strong organisational and team management skills.
- Ability to handle project budgets and liaise with senior management.
- Qualification in Carpentry/Joinery.
- Capability to pass a DBS check.
