Receptionist / Administrator - Primary School, Birmingham
Our client is recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in Birmingham . This is a full-time position starting in April 2026 , acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
Reception/Admin role on a full-time basis

Key front-facing position within the school
Supportive leadership and staff team
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and reception support, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the school reception and greeting visitors
• Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records
• Managing emails, correspondence, and data entry
• Supporting safeguarding and visitor procedures
• Providing general administrative support to leadership
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident IT skills (SIMS or similar desirable)
• Calm, friendly, and professional manner
• Legal right to work in the UK
