Teaching Assistants
Teaching Assistants – South Birmingham (Day-to-Day Roles) Are you passionate about education and supporting students in their learning journey? Roles and Responsibilities * Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as a Teaching Assistant. * Help prepare lesson materials and classroom resources. * Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning progress. * Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment. * Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management. Requirements * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within an education-based setting. * Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good understanding of the curriculum. * Genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
