Social Value Officer
- Develop and implement social value initiatives to align with project goals and community needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure social value objectives are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of social value activities and their impact.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on social value best practices.
- Engage with local communities to identify opportunities for positive impact.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders and internal teams.
- Work alongside procurement teams to include social value criteria in supplier contracts.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to social value in property projects.
