A week in the life of the Year 3 Teacher
Mornings: the Year 3 Teacher leads structured reading and maths sessions that prioritise retrieval and vocabulary development. Afternoons: the Year 3 Teacher runs enquiry-based foundation topics, practical science and creative projects. The Year 3 Teacher will run interventions, lead small groups and work with families to support progress. The Year 3 Teacher will prepare schemes prior to January 2026 and implement them from January 2026.

Person specification - Year 3 Teacher
We are looking for a Year 3 Teacher with QTS, confident KS2 practice and a collaborative mindset. The Year 3 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and teaching from January 2026 as the Full-Time Year 3 Teacher.
