Planning Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £85,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to join one if the region’s leading planning teams and undertake a high quality of planning work both locally and nationally. JOB REF:3984

THE ROLE:
• As a highly skilled and ambitious Planning Solicitor, you will be motivated to excel within a top tier planning team, providing focused, clear and commercial solutions across an exciting and varied caseload.
• Advising on high-profile commercial development projects, including major office and retail and logistics schemes
• Acting for all of the major house builders on residential-led strategic projects
• Infrastructure work, including Development Consent Orders, particularly in the highways sector and strategic rail freight interchange market

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will be a driven, determined and ambitious solicitor with a desire to advance your career with a top tier Planning team.
• You will be experienced with a range of planning matters and be confident working closely with partners and high value clients.
• You will be motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
• With excellent case management and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.
