A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join its established Birmingham team. This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing, client-focused environment where quality, professionalism, and technical excellence are at the core of everything they do.
You will play a key role in delivering a broad range of commercial building surveying services, including:
- Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations (landlord and tenant)
- Contract administration and project management
- Building pathology and defect analysis
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Professional advisory work for a diverse client base
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for someone who brings:
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience with imminent completion)
- Strong technical capability across core building surveying services
- Confidence in client-facing situations and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent report writing, communication, and commercial awareness
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach and the ability to work autonomously when required
