Ks1 Teacher
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ladywood. The school is seeking an enthusiastic educator who can deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment where pupils can thrive academically and socially. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is dedicated to early learning and is looking to make a meaningful impact during the crucial Key Stage 1 stage of education. About the Role
- Teaching a Key Stage 1 class, delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Planning, preparing, and assessing engaging and creative lessons
- Supporting pupils’ development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Upholding safeguarding and behaviour management policies
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Shows a genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Understands safeguarding responsibilities and promotes pupil wellbeing
- Excellent rates of pay on PAYE
