Project/Quantity Surveyor
As a core member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for leading pre‑ and post‑contract commercial activities and ensuring robust processes across each project. Responsibilities include:
- Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation, and contractual administration
- Supporting and promoting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance monitoring
- Leading valuations, cashflow management, and monthly reporting (including CVRs, procurement updates, and progress reporting)
- Working closely with project teams to optimise procurement strategies, production efficiency, and commercial outcomes
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Supporting the development and performance of the commercial team
