Your Role as an Early Years Assistant: Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Observe and track children's development and progress
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and educationAs an Early Years Assistant you will:
Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
  • Experience working with children under 5
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's developmentYou may have experience as a Nursery Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
