Senior Ecologist

As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological input across projects, manage surveys, and deliver high-quality reports and assessments. The Senior Ecologist will also mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, support bid preparation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You'll play a key role in shaping project outcomes and driving innovation within the team. Requirements Degree in Ecology or related field
Minimum 5+ years' consultancy experience
Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey techniques
Experience with EcIA, licensing, and mitigation
Membership of CIEEM (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence
Full right to work in the UK
