Your new role:
As Guest Operations Specialist you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organisers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, guests and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport.

You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our guests, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our guests’ aircraft.

About you:

• Previous experience within aviation in a similar role

• Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs

• Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern

• Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Qualifies to hold a full airport ID

• IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc

• HGV licence (desirable)

• Valid and clean driving licence

• Serious about safety

• Additional languages are desirable but not essential
