Document Production Specialist
Document Production Specialist (Day Time )
Working in Birmingham City Centre for a global law firm, offering up to £33-36k hybrid (1/2 days in office), full time and 6-month FTC initially.
You would be assisting with the document production for the firm on the day shift of 8-4pm, or 9-5pm on an immediate start.
The Responsibilities
- Prioritising work requests including audio transcription of legal documents
- Tracked changes, autonumbering and fixing corrupted files
- Managing templates and helping with red line strike outs
- Creating notes and reports
- Producing transcripts of interview, hearings and conferences
- Producing and amending documents with speed and accuracy
- Creating and editing and reformatting documents
- Making sure deadlines are met
- Other administration duties
Experience:
- Experience in a document production role in a legal setting is essential for this role or experience in a law firm prior but currently completing document production in a non-legal setting.
- It is also essential to have advanced Microsoft word and excel.
