About the Role

This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients, involved in financial services, distribution and manufacturing across the Midlands.

Leadership & Service Delivery: You’ll ensure high standards in manned security and cleaning services, working under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.

Client & Team Management: You’ll build strong relationships through site visits, client meetings, and staff training, ensuring seamless operations.

Scheduling & Compliance: You’ll oversee rostering (using Timegate), staff motivation, performance management, and compliance with industry best practices.

Technology & Reporting: You’ll have access to cutting-edge systems, making reporting, payroll, and scheduling efficient and transparent.

But above all you will be responsible for ensuring the retention and development of your client base.

What We’re Looking For

Management Experience in security and/or cleaning is essential
Front-line SIA Licence (essential).
Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills to manage diverse teams.
High IT Literacy – You’ll be supported by the best systems and must be comfortable using them.
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car – You’ll work remotely but report to our York HQ at least once a month.

Competitive Salary – Starting from £47,000 per year.
