Operations Analyst - High Performance Team
Working alongside a supportive team of experts, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and is looking to develop professionally, both independently and as part of a team. We are ideally looking for candidates with previous administrative experience and an interest in finance, economics or operations who are looking to take the next step within a modern and fast paced business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high level support across the operations team
- Assisting with a range of administration and coordination tasks
- Developing solutions for clients and stakeholders
- Managing queries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting internal systems and CRM processes
We are looking for someone proactive and organised with strong communication skills and an appetite for problem solving. Previous experience within administration, operations or financial services would be beneficial, although graduates looking for their first office-based opportunity are also encouraged to apply.
