Our client in Birmingham is recruiting for an Exams Officer to start in January or earlier. This co-educational school is known for its excellent reputation and strong community ethos.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the effective planning, organisation, and delivery of all internal and external examinations. You will ensure compliance with awarding body regulations, manage exam timetables, and support students and staff throughout the examination process.

Exams Officer – Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience working as an Exams Officer or within school administration
Strong knowledge of exam board regulations and procedures (e.g. JCQ guidelines)
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong IT skills (e.g. SIMS, Excel, school MIS systems)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Legal right to work in the UK
