Long-term child care needed for weekly afternoons
I’m looking for a reliable caregiver to provide ongoing, long-term supervision for my 6-year-old after school and during occasional full days on weekends. The role includes light housework related to the child, preparing snacks, helping with homework, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Ideal candidate is patient, punctual, and has previous childcare experience with references. We prefer someone who is comfortable with school pick-up nearby and can commit to at least 6 months. Start time will vary slightly with the school schedule, and we’re hoping for a consistent weekly presence in the afternoons from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with longer days possible on full-school-holiday weeks. Must have right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
