Credit Controller
- Managing and reducing aged debt across a portfolio of customers
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and written communication
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving invoice queries in collaboration with sales and operations teams
- Preparing credit control reports and updating internal systems
- Assessing customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits
- Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
