Recruitment Branch Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role: Recruitment Branch Manager
This is an exciting opportunity on our Secondary desk in our Birmingham Head office, which offers enormous potential and opportunity. Here's why:
Warm desk - existing business and relationships ready to be nurtured
A brilliant existing team, with a mix of experience from Senior/ Team Leader and top billers, to rookie consultants starting out in their Education recruitment career- and the team has room to grow!
Management bonus from week 2 in the business
Plus Personal commission (uncapped, zero threshold)
As Branch Manager, you’ll combine hands on recruitment with strategic leadership. You’ll build your own desk, oversee a talented team of consultants, and develop branch wide strategies to exceed targets and grow market share.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and managing your own desk while maintaining strong client partnerships
Taking full accountability for branch performance and delivering results against budget
Developing sales forecasts and implementing branch strategies to drive growth
Managing budgets, setting clear financial objectives, and ensuring profitability
Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver against KPIs, targets and personal goals
Creating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActive’s values
Staying ahead of market trends to capitalise on local and regional opportunities
Ensuring exceptional service standards for clients and candidates alike
