The Opportunity

As a New Business Account Manager, your focus is simple: drive new business and open doors.

This is a pure cold calling and outbound-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to new prospects, building conversations from scratch, and turning opportunities into long-term clients.

You do not need to bring existing accounts or a personal book of business — everything is geared around winning new customers in the Birmingham and wider UK market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively generating new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Building a strong pipeline of new opportunities from scratch
Engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Running consultative conversations to understand business needs
Working with technical teams to shape tailored IT solutions
Keeping CRM systems and pipeline data accurately updatedWhat We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Confidence and enjoyment in cold calling and new business activity
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated attitude
Organised and comfortable working with CRM systems
