School Administrator
Are you an Administrator looking for work in a school environment? It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have administration experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. However, applicants with STRONG ADMINISTRATION experience in a similar sector will also be considered. You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed. As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Typing of letters and memos
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Dealing with parents and pupils
