Private Client Associate

• Private Client Associate role with exposure to HNW and UHNW work

This is an opportunity to join a Private Client / Private Wealth team that’s in a genuine period of change and growth. You’ll be stepping into a team that values openness, collaboration and accountability, where everyone pulls in the same direction and issues are dealt with head-on, not brushed aside.

You’ll walk into a manageable caseload and work closely with senior colleagues on more complex, high-value matters, giving you variety, development and early responsibility. The work includes trusts, wills, LPAs and estate planning, with increasing exposure to HNW and UHNW clients as you progress.

The role offers autonomy, support, and the freedom to do your job properly, with leadership that actively listens, encourages ideas, and invests in long-term development.

Who we’re looking for

• Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)
• Experience handling Private Client matters such as wills, trusts, LPAs and estates
• Self-aware and confident asking for support when needed
• Keen to work autonomously and take ownership of files
• Previous paralegal experience before qualification (Desired)
• STEP qualified or willing to work towards STEP (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

• Managing your own Private Client caseload appropriate to experience
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters
• Handling trusts, estate planning, wills and LPAs
• Building trusted client relationships over time
• Mentoring junior colleagues as the team grows
• Contributing ideas around innovation and improving how the team works
• Attending networking events and becoming visible within the firm

You’ll be encouraged to flag when support is needed, contribute ideas early, and grow into handling UHNW work as your confidence and experience develops.
