Housekeeper Wanted - Experienced Housekeeper Needed In Birmingham, England £13 Per Hour
Hyde Housing Ltd provides supported accommodation for vulnerable adults. Job description To ensure the cleanliness of office space and communal areas of supported accommodation, adhering to the policies and procedures as set by the Company and in compliance with COSHH regulations and Health & Safety. Cleaning duties: Sweep, hoover, mop office floor space. Dust and wipe down desks, units and sides around office workspaces. Sweep and mop all bathroom floors thoroughly with disinfectant Vacuum all carpets and rugs withing communal areas Clean all furniture, ledges, skirting, sills and radiators Wash all toilet bowls and washbasins using disinfectant Disinfect all taps and polish mirrors Damp dust pipes, cisterns, disposal units, towel dispensers and soap dispensers Wash down all wall tiles with disinfectant Refill toilet tissue dispensers, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers Damp dust light switches, doors, furniture and walls to remove marks Clean glass on doors/internal windows to remove marks Tidy hallways and perimeter of the building, disposing of any debris Keep up with laundry duties Dust and clear any cobwebs in corners/behind furniture Clean and prepare vacant bedrooms for next resident including disposing of waste, hoovering, mopping, dusting, wiping sides and inside furniture, windows, changing bedding and ensuring clean towels and toiletries are available. Empty all bins and take to appropriate storage area; replace bin liners. Staff member may be needed to travel to different properties where we provide supported accommodation.
