The Role
The school is seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator to join the administration team.
The successful candidate will support the daily running of the school office and ensure that administrative systems operate effectively.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff
• Manage phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Maintain student records and administrative documentation
• Support attendance monitoring and communication with parents
• Assist with admissions and student enrolment processes
• Prepare school correspondence, letters and reports
• Coordinate meetings and school events
• Maintain filing systems and accurate administrative records
• Support reception during busy periods
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies
Requirements
• Previous experience in administration or office support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Professional and reliable approach to work
