The role
You’ll be joining a well-established restructuring team, working on a mix of non-contentious corporate and real estate restructuring matters, with some exposure to contentious work as well.

You’ll support senior lawyers on larger, complex matters while also having the opportunity to take ownership of smaller transactions as your experience develops.

The team works across a range of sectors including retail, energy, financial services and education, advising a broad client base such as banks, lenders, corporates and insolvency practitioners.

There’s also encouragement to get involved in business development and building your profile in the market.

What they’re looking for

• NQ–2 PQE with at least one seat in restructuring or insolvency
• Strong technical ability and good academic background
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a commercial, practical approach
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
• A genuine interest in developing a career in restructuring
