I’m delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic estate agency with whom I have worked with for many years. They operate from one of the most desirable and affluent areas in Sutton Coldfield. With a well-established office and a reputation for excellence, this award-winning team offers a bespoke service through their department, covering premium homes across nearby villages and Staffordshire. They are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Property Sales Consultant - someone personable, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. About the Role: This is a full-time position (including alternate Saturdays) where the successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the branch’s continued success. Duties will include:- Accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings
- Handling offer negotiations with professionalism and care
- Proactively canvassing and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting the wider team across a range of sales activities
