Need remote IT assistance for miscellaneous computer tasks
I'm looking for a flexible IT helper to handle a variety of computer tasks around the house and home office. Tasks may include software troubleshooting, routine maintenance, small hardware setup, updates, and non-urgent tech support. I value clear communication, a patient approach, and the ability to explain steps in plain language. Some tasks may be done remotely, but I’d prefer in-person support when needed. Please outline any hardware requirements, estimated time per task, and your availability. The job is open to someone with general IT know-how rather than specialized expertise, and I’m hoping to establish a longer-term ad-hoc arrangement for occasional needs.
