Year 4 Teacher
• Full responsibility for a Year 4 class within a supportive KS2 team
• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Supporting pupils both academically and socially to achieve their full potential The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Is passionate, reliable, and motivated to inspire young learners
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
