Hi, I’m looking for a skilled alterations tailor to adjust a formal dress. The project involves taking in the sides by about 1 inch, shortening the hem by 2 inches, and fixing a loose zipper area. I’d also like a quick reinforcement stitch on the seams and a small repair to a delicate beadwork section. I prefer someone who can work with delicate fabrics like satin and chiffon, has a steady hand, and can provide a rough timeline and cost estimate before starting. I’m hoping to schedule the appointment this coming week, with flexible morning times. Please bring your own sewing kit and provide care instructions for the finished garment.
