Registered Manager - Dual
Location: Birmingham / Coventry (commutable, with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: Up to £70,000 About the Role We are opening two 2-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) homes in Birmingham and are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead both services. This is a unique opportunity to build two homes from the ground up, setting the standard, culture, and team from day one. Key Responsibilities * Lead the setup and Ofsted registration of both homes * Recruit, develop, and manage your own staff team * Create a safe, stable, and high-quality environment for young people with EBD * Drive standards that exceed regulatory requirements * Work closely with a hands-on Responsible Individual What We Offer * Salary up to £70,000 * 22 days annual leave + bank holidays * Full support from an experienced Responsible Individual * Autonomy to shape both homes and your team * A provider focused on quality, outcomes, and long-term success * Clear progression into: * Multi-home management * Operational leadership roles About You * Experienced Registered Manager in children’s residential care OR * Strong Deputy Manager ready to step up * Passionate about improving outcomes for young people * Confident in building and leading teams * Driven to create a positive, high-quality care environment
