Join a High-Energy Team - Hybrid Admin Role in Birmingham
A prestigious company in the heart of Birmingham city centre is looking for top talent to join the team in a high-calibre Team Assistant role. You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate discretion in this corporate yet supportive environment.
The role involves a range of compliance, recruitment, and administration-based tasks, so we're looking for someone with previous administrative experience or strong attention to detail.
You will begin by supporting the referencing team, sending and obtaining references efficiently. Once settled, you’ll move on to more exciting project-based work, including auditing, conducting right-to-work (RTW) checks, and candidate screening.
The administrative side of the role includes supporting the admin team with diary management, arranging travel, and scheduling interviews and client meetings, so strong organisational skills are essential.
Other responsibilities include general administrative and ad hoc tasks, as well as assisting in the organisation of internal events and functions.
