They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Partner to join their Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued development and growth of a team already highly ranked in the legal directories. The Role:

• Collaborate with Partners across multiple offices, sharing work and managing a diverse portfolio of private client matters.
• Advise and work with a prestigious client base, including high-net-worth individuals, dealing with complex private client issues.
• Work closely with Partners and fee earners to foster business development, generate new opportunities, and support the ongoing growth of the team.
• Take a proactive role in introducing new work to the team, while building long-term, repeat business relationships with clients.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
