Need help cleaning my computer and improving performance
I’m looking for a patient technician to clean up my personal computer and optimize it for better performance. The machine is a mid-2018 Windows PC with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD. I’d like a thorough hardware and software cleanup: dust removal if onsite, fan and temps check, uninstalling unused programs, deleting temporary files, running a malware scan, updating drivers, and optimizing startup programs. Please advise on any upgrades that would help speed things up in the long term. I prefer a careful approach with clear explanations of what’s being done and any recommendations for maintenance. If possible, I’d like a same-day appointment in the London area.
