Associate, Corporate Finance
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic regional corporate finance firm specialising in mid-market transactions across a broad range of sectors. The Associate, Corporate Finance will work closely with the Partners and gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle including supporting buy and sell side mandates, conducting financial analysis and valuation modelling, preparing client documentation and presentations, and contributing to business development and origination activities.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA with experience at a “Big 4” audit/accounting practice, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking a long-term career in corporate finance. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will also ideally have exposure to deals, M&A and/or transaction advisory.

Based in Birmingham, our client offers partner-led, hands-on support to corporations, private equity investors and entrepreneurs, delivering strategic support on business sales, acquisitions, management buyouts and growth capital. In response to recent growth and to ensure continued success, they are looking for an Associate, Corporate Finance to join their team.
