A vibrant Good primary in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join its KS2 phase on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The Year 3 Teacher will be expected to take part in pre-term planning before January 2026, attend the induction programme in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher. The school provides strong subject leadership and targeted CPD for each Year 3 Teacher, ensuring colleagues develop practice and secure excellent outcomes.

• Year 3 Teacher — Full-Time post commencing January 2026.

• Year 3 Teacher to receive induction, mentoring and CPD beginning January 2026.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
• The Year 3 Teacher will plan and teach coherent sequences that build number fluency, deepen reading comprehension and promote confident writing.
• The Year 3 Teacher will use assessment to identify gaps and provide targeted interventions, and will lead small-group work to accelerate progress.
• The Year 3 Teacher will contribute to enrichment activities, trips and transition work, with planning beginning prior to January 2026 and activity implemented after January 2026.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements
• QTS and recent KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher.
• The ideal Year 3 Teacher is reflective, adaptable and committed to inclusion and high standards.
• The Year 3 Teacher should be ready to start planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach as a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher from January 2026.
