The role of the Designer – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:

* Designer position dealing with a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects

* Prepare 2D AutoCAD designs in line with project specifications

* Ensure that designs meet client requirements

* Liaise regularly with architects, engineers, and contractors providing excellent customer service

* Produce fabrication schedules and material summaries

* Work closely with internal departments providing support and resolving queries

* Ensure designs meet quality standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements

* Attend design meetings as and when required

* Dealing with projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Fire Sprinkler Systems with:

* Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems

* Must have extensive Design experience ideally within the Fire sector

* Will possess a related design qualification & be up to date with regulations

* Ideally 2D/3D AutoCAD system experience

* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

* Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in

* High levels of organisation

* Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site

* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
