Property Management Team Leader (Lettings)
We are working on behalf of the UK's first 24 hour property sales and lettings business. They have revolutionised the way people sell and let their properties and are looking for a number of highly motivated and career driven Property Management Team Leader to join their Birmingham Head Office team.
Reporting directly into the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for leading and coaching 7 Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Set an example of unrelenting 5* Customer Service.
- Ensure the team delivers 5* Customer Service at all times.
- Be emboldened to make decisions when it is the pursuit of 5* Customer Service.
- Create a fun and vibrant working environment.
- Motivate teams daily setting the objectives and celebrating success.
- Unearth potential problems before they arise and offer empathetic team support.
- Report, understand and improve KPI performance.
- Be experts in the field and show high level technical knowledge.
- Control escalations and complaints regarding the teams within the outlined SLAs.
- Address issues with the team directly to understand how they can be supported.
- Offer solutions through process and technology to better support your teams.
- Make decisions based on data analysis.
- Recruit First Class talent.
- Ensure 100% HR compliance.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and approach to customer service.
- Morning meetings to review the days performance and set daily objectives.
- Carry out 1:1 reviews to assist with potential problem, understand performance and introduce action plans for the day ahead.
