Your new role
As Commercial Finance Lead, you will shape and drive the commercial finance agenda, partnering closely with operational and client‑facing teams. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting, improve rate standardisation, strengthen revenue recognition on long‑term contracts, and deliver performance insights that enhance profitability. You'll also support system improvements and embed robust financial processes across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring significant experience in senior commercial finance or business partnering roles, with essential experience in the built environment consultancy sector. You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders. A track record of improving financial processes, driving commercial performance, and delivering strategic insight will set you apart.
