Need help cleaning up my computer system and files
Hello, I’m looking for a tech-savvy person to tidy up my computer. I’d like a clean reinstall of my OS if necessary, remove unused programs, organize files and folders, and optimize startup and performance. I also want guidance on backups and basic security hygiene. Please assess hardware drivers, clear temporary files, and set up a simple backup routine. I’d prefer someone patient, with clear explanations and no jargon. I’m using Windows 10/11 and occasional Mac access for cross-compatibility; indicate what you can handle, and any risks involved. Availability to work around my schedule and follow-up support after the session would be ideal.
