School Administrators
School Administrators £14.00 - £16.00 per hour Are you an Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar looking for work It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. However, applicants with STRONG ADMINISTRATION experience in a similar sector will also be considered. You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. & 4:30p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for a variety amount of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools although this is NOT guaranteed. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE ROLES ARE TEMPORARY, AS AND WHEN REQUIRED. As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Typing of letters and memos
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Dealing with parents and pupils
