Executive Project Manager
- Acting as a strategic and operational force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring executive priorities are clearly defined, aligned and translated into structured plans, actions and measurable outcomes.
- Providing executive governance across senior forums, shaping agendas, capturing decisions and driving disciplined follow-through.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to remove silos, improve alignment and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Preparing high-quality executive materials and concise briefings to support informed, data-led decision-making.
- Providing end-to-end executive coordination, including complex diary management, travel and accommodation planning, and stakeholder logistics, delivered to a high professional standard, enabling the CEO to remain focused on business priorities.
- Regular interaction with: Board-level and Executive leadership; Senior leaders across Sales and wider business functions; Members of the Legal Board.
- Degree preferred, but not essential
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives or operating in a complex project,
- programme or governance environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes
- Proven organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident preparing senior-level presentations and materials
- Ability to influence without authority
- Strong judgement and decision-making capability
- Competent user in project management tools and structured delivery frameworks e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday.com or Trello
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
- High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness
- Highly credible, professional and discreet
- Resilient, calm under pressure and comfortable working at pace

- Confident challenging constructively and respectfully

- 39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
