£30,480.84 per annum based on 39 hours per week (pro rata)

Your role
- Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives
- Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care
- Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
- Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
- Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care
Your skills
- Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
- Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service
- Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable
- Clear and supportive communicator with a flexible approach
- Kind, respectful and passionate about supporting older people
