Person specification

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Aged 21 years or over in accordance with industry requirements and regulatory standards
* Passionate, resilient and child-centred leadership style
* Local to Isle of Wight or willing to relocate to the area
* Must have full UK right to work; unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
