This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary and benefits package. Hybrid working. The Role As a Corporate Solicitor in this team, you would:

• Join a dynamic, M&A and PE-focused corporate team within a globally recognised law firm.
• Work on significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals, and advisory work.
• Collaborate with clients across various sectors, from FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies to SMEs and innovative start-ups.
• Play a key role in the growth of an expanding Midlands practice, taking on high levels of responsibility and gaining exposure to an international client base.

About You To be successful in your application for this Corporate Solicitor vacancy, you will have:

• A minimum of three years' PQE in corporate law in England or Wales, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity, or related areas.
• Experience working on high-value transactions and providing commercial, strategic advice to clients.
• A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
• A strong academic background and a passion for business development.
• A proactive, ambitious attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
