Clinical Negligence Solicitor

- Manage litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims
- Act on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts
- Conduct investigations and liaise with clients, counsel, experts and claimants
- Draft pleadings and reports
- Meet financial and chargeable hour targets
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years' PQE
- Experience defending high-value, complex clinical negligence claims
- Strong technical knowledge, including CPR
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
