Assistant Director Reward and Recognition
- Lead the development and delivery of a whole‑organisation Reward and Recognition Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership across pay, job evaluation, reward policy and compliance
- Oversee equal pay risk, governance and legislative compliance
- Lead collective bargaining and negotiations with Trade Unions
- Deliver workforce cost modelling and insights to support organisational decision making
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence across reward and compliance functions
- Act as a trusted deputy to the Director of Industrial & Employee Relations
